POSTER CONTEST
As most of you know we have entered a contest to win the money for our
playground. We need to gather votes on line and be in the top 10 of our budget
category to move on. We are in the first round right now and if we don’t make
it this round we have 2 more chances to try.
WE NEED TO GET THE WORD OUT TO VOTE AND WE NEED YOUR HELP TO DO IT!
First we are asking that you register at the link below or go to the PAC
blog (greendalepacinfo@blogspot.com
) and VOTE! Send out the link through FACEBOOK, TWITTER and especially by word
of mouth.
Second we are running a contest for the students to create a poster
promoting voting for our playground.
There will be two categories: K-3 and 4-6
Your poster
must include:
1.
The school’s name Greendale Elementary Community
School
2.
The name AVIVA Insurance Community Fund
3.
The link http://www.avivacommunityfund.org/ideas/acf13443
and/or
4.
The poster must be at least 8 ½ by 11
5.
BE CREATIVE
The deadline
is Monday October, 15th.
Winners will be announced by October 18th. The winning poster from
each category will have their poster mad into a large outdoor banner and will
be hung outside the school to promote voting.
